The Organizing Committee has secured accommodations for participants on the MDIBL campus and the neighboring Bar Harbor Cottages and Suites. Limited rooms are available at each location and rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Bar Harbor Cottages and Suites is walking distance to MDIBL.

Hotel Reservations

The Biophysical Society will act as the housing partner for this meeting: Mechanobiology of Proteins and Cells. Once you have registered for the meeting you will be emailed a Housing Reservation Form. You need to complete the Housing Reservation Form and fax to 240-290-5555 or email to meetings@biophysics.org.  All reservation requests must be received by August 12, 2013.  Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Hotel Changes and Cancellations

All hotel changes and cancellations must be made with the Biophysical Society through August 12, 2013. Rooms are subject to availability. Cancellations after August 12, 2013 are non-refundable.  Hotel room confirmations will be sent to you upon completion of your booking and will include a confirmation number.
