This one day mini-symposia will be held by the Department of Bioinformatics, School of Chemical and Biotechnology, SASTRA Deemed to be University, Thanjavur, India. The event will be on March 23, 2023, from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm Indian Standard Time.
As a majorly undergraduate-focused institution SASTRA aims to showcase or highlight the computational modeling of cells and systems in terms of advancements happening with new computational methods/techniques such as Machine learning, Big Data analytics, cloud computing, multiscale approach, etc. The minisymposia is aimed to bring a nationally and internationally known speaker to share the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches in this Big Data Era of Cells and Systems modeling. Also, students and postdocs will share their latest work in the same and overlapping research areas. The audience will be undergraduate, postgraduate, graduate students, and postdocs at SASTRA and institutions in districts such as Thanjavur, Thiruchirapalli, Madurai and others.
