Biophysics for Biotechnology and Biomedicine (BIOPHYS-Hub)
Event date:
Thursday, Nov 16, 2017 - Thursday, Nov 16, 2017 Export event
Event Location: Facultad de Ciencias Biológicas - Edificio Anexo UCM, Calle José Antonio Novais, 12, 28040 Madrid, Spain
This event has passed. Check out our upcoming Networking Events.
This workshop encourages the participation of members of groups interested in Biophysics in the Region of Madrid, with research project orientated towards different areas of Biotechnology and Biomedicine. The event will promote opportunities to connect people and topics of research to approach collaborative and synergic objectives. The idea is to give the opportunity to postdocs and students to know each other, and to present their research with the aim to detect potential lines of scientific and technical collaboration between groups.
Register and submit an abstract through the conference's website, which can be found here.
Registration is free, space permitting. The deadline for registration is October 31, 2017.
Poster abstract submission:
Two poster sessions are planned during the coffee breaks (morning and afternoon.) Because of the aim of this event, which intends to promote opportunities to connect people and topics of research to approach collaborative and synergic objectives, we do not intend attendees to bring their very latest results, but to present a poster already presented in a congress during the last year to show results and techniques that they think may be relevant to share as a starting point for discussion.
Abstracts should be no more than 2000 characters (including spaces.)
