The symposium is to provide a platform for all biophysics graduate students to come together once during the academic year. It will provide the graduate students an opportunity to present their research in an informal setting, win prizes in a friendly competition and learn about the research of other fellow students. It will be an opportune time for newly admitted graduate students to meet senior graduate students. The faculty talks are designed to provide guidance to students on non-research themes, but on topics that will be useful to them throughout their research career.

Poster abstract submission:
The poster session is open for all graduate students working in a biophysics-related field. Preference will be given to Center for Biophysics and Quantitative Biology Students at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, but graduate students in other departments are encouraged to apply.
