Western Canada Biophysics Networking Meeting

The one-day event will bring together biophysics researchers and students from Western Canada (BC and Alberta provinces) to share and discover the biophysics research in the thematic area of the meeting. The last meeting’s theme was single-molecule biophysics. The goal of the meeting is to promote a stronger collaboration of biophysics programs and attract students and researchers to biophysics research in this region where a critical mass of biophysics research programs is forming.

This event will be composed of talks from invited speakers, postdocs and grad students in the region. In addition, networking sessions will be provided to enhance collaboration. The program will be a full day event, starting with student and postdoc presentations, followed by a keynote speaker presentation in the morning. In the afternoon, we will have networking and poster sessions.
